Position Overview
This role is responsible for managing the full recruiting cycle for Journeyman and Apprentice electricians across multiple projects nationwide.
You will work directly with Project Managers to understand staffing needs and ensure qualified electricians are identified, vetted, and ready to deploy.
This is a fast-paced role that requires consistency, organization, and the ability to manage multiple openings at once.
A background or knowledge in the electrical or construction industry is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
-Recruit licensed electricians (Journeymen and Apprentices) for active job sites
-Run and manage Indeed ads and other job board postings
-Source candidates through job boards, Facebook groups, and direct outreach
-Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and qualifications
-Verify licenses, work history, and travel availability
-Coordinate reference checks and background verifications as needed
-Work directly with Project Managers to align candidates with project requirements
-Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
-Track applicants and maintain organized pipelines in your system
-Follow up with candidates to keep them engaged and ready for placement
-Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure smooth deployment to job sites
-Cross-post jobs across multiple platforms to maximize reach
Requirements
-High School Diploma or GED required (college degree not required)
-Recruiting or staffing experience preferred, construction or skilled trades is a plus
-Strong communication skills, phone, text, and online outreach
-Tech-savvy and comfortable managing job boards and applicant tracking systems
-Organized and able to manage multiple roles at once
-Self-motivated and consistent with follow-up
-Able to work in-office in Siloam Springs, AR

$20–$23 per hour, based on experience
